When using Surround Networks via your mobile device, you may actively or passively (using GPS, or software that automatically updates your location, or via location information provided by a third party) inform Surround Networks of your location. As you browse and use Surround Networks for Mobile Users anonymously (you do not have to log in or register to use Surround Networks via your mobile device), this location information is not associated with any personally identifiable information.
